SVP, Worldwide Sales

Bringing over 25 years of sales management experience to Good, Brian Carr is responsible for leading Good's sales teams worldwide. Most recently, he spent nearly six years at Synopsys, the world's leading supplier of electronic design products. While with Synopsys, Brian held various senior management positions in worldwide and North American sales groups for the company’s Intellectual Property and Professional Services business lines. Brian's leadership led to a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of over 25% for his business line during his tenure.

Prior to Synopsys, Brian served as Vice President Global Accounts of Clarify, a publicly traded enterprise technology company that was a leader in the customer relationship management market until it was acquired by Nortel Networks, Inc. in 2000. Following the acquisition, Brian served as Vice President Sales for Nortel's eBusiness Solutions Group where he was responsible for sales, partner relations and OEM's. Prior to Clarify/Nortel, Brian served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Simplex Solutions where he successfully built a global sales and support organization for an ensuing IPO. Brian also spent more than six years at Cadence Design Systems where he held a succession of sales and management roles leading to his role as Director of Worldwide Sales Operations while the company grew from $150M to $750M in annual revenue.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from University of the Pacific.
